Refund Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. Only If We Deliver:

Wrong Product (Colour, Model, and Incorrect Specification as per Brand)

Defective/Dead Product (Software Issue)

Damaged Product (Physically Damaged-Broken)

Wrong and Damaged product must be reported within 48 hours (Through email on) from the delivery date accompanied with images of the product & product box.

We process a refund for your order only if we are not able to arrange a replacement. We process refunds and replacements when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied with all the accessories.

All return request are either handled by our customer service through Call, email available on our site. Once we have received your confirmed request we will arrange reverse pick up of your product and will inform you of the pickup date and time. In the unlikely event when we are not able to arrange a reverse pickup at your location, we will intimate you and request you to ship the product to us.
